Instructions:  Always trim the wick to 1/4 inch before lighting. The first time you light your candle, let it burn for 3-4 hours to allow the melted wax to reach the edge of the container and prevent the candle from sinking.

Precautions: WATCH THE LIT CANDLE. DO NOT TURN IT ON FOR MORE THAN 2 HOURS. Don't place lit candles near clothing, books, curtains, or anything flammable. Candle holders should be placed on a stable, heat-resistant surface and large enough to catch any melted wax. Keep lit candles away from drafts. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Extinguish all candles when you leave a room or before going to sleep or if the flame gets too close to the candlestick or container. For a safety margin, stop burning a candle when there is 1/4 inch of wax left in the container. And remember not to touch the piece when it is on and wait 5 minutes to touch it after it is off.

Exchanges: You can exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase as long as it has not been lit. The change will depend on the available stock. In that case, you are responsible for the shipping cost of all returned items.

Returns: I carefully check each product before it is shipped. However, it may happen that during shipping some of the pieces are damaged. In that case we will replace or refund the damaged candle if you send me a photo within 5 days of delivery. For this purpose, contact me by sending an email to info@velasmariat.com to coordinate the replacement or return.
