Shipping, Changes and Returns

SHIPPING

Sales are only made within the Island of Menorca. Shipping has no cost. Delivery times are 1 to 5 business days after receiving the order. In case you need an express order, contact by whatsapp at 661869294.

RETURNS

I carefully check each product before it is shipped. However, it may happen that during the shipment some of the parts are damaged. In that case we will replace or refund the damaged candle if you send me a photo within 5 days of delivery. For this purpose, contact me by sending an email to info@velasmariat.com to coordinate the replacement or return.

CHANGES

You can exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. The change will depend on the available stock. In that case, you are responsible for the shipping cost of all returned items.

Due to the nature of the product, used candles cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

CANDLE CARE
Trim the wick to 0.65 cm before lighting it . Keep the candle away from foreign materials, including matches and decorations. Always keep the candle out of the reach of children and pets. Place the candle on a level, fire-resistant surface. Do not light the candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Always have the lit candle in sight.
