| Care and Safety of the Candle |
| Instructions: Always trim the wick to 0.65 cm before lighting it. The first time you light your candle, let it burn for 3-4 hours to allow the melted wax to reach the rim of the container and prevent the candle from sinking. Cautions: Do not place lighted candles near clothing, books, curtains, or anything flammable. Chandeliers should be located on a stable, heat resistant surface and large enough to catch any melted wax. Keep burning candles away from drafts. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Extinguish all candles when you leave a room or before going to sleep or if the flame gets too close to the candle holder or container. A candle should not burn for more than four hours at a time.For a safety margin, stop burning a candle when 0.65 cm of wax remains in the container. |

| Shipping: At the moment shipments are only made only within the island of Menorca. Changes: P you can exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days post-purchase provided it has not been switched on. The change will depend on the available stock. In that case, you are responsible for the shipping cost of all returned items. Returns: I carefully check each product before it is shipped. However, it may happen that during the shipment some of the parts are damaged. In that case we will replace or refund the damaged candle if you send me a photo within 5 days of delivery. For this purpose, contact me by sending an email to info@velasmariat.com to coordinate the replacement or return.
